CC query manager is a customized mobile application for employees of the parent organization, Competitive Cracker. The application is a state-of-the-art technology for the faculties to handle the queries and doubts regarding courses, course material and course lectures by the students who have subscribed to the courses of Competitive Cracker. We provide a comprehensive report on your day-to-day tele-calling cum sales activity. You can view the numbers you have dialled, number of calls you have made, duration of each calls and time when the call was made. You can hear the queries through voice records send by the students. The replies can be sent as voice records, images or Portable Document Files. With the filters you can see the performance for the day, week, month and year. Also, the name by which the user saves a number in CC Query Cracker will be simultaneously saved in the device’s contact list.
